The rights of ALL humans

The BBC asked in a recent article: Are we living in a post human rights world?

Really!

Now, more than ever we need to respect and act by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is the basis for a civilised society and a guide to good government (as I reiterate in my book: From Here to Prosperity). No excuses please, we all signed up to this (the 192 states who are members of United Nations) so live by it.
